Answer: Cloud computing context The context Data cloud can be considered as a service platform enabler, which is executed by a mobile operator network that interconnects context providers, consumer as well as the context aware service developer for providing semantically enriched context aware services. The working of the purpose is based on the data, which is linked and enables the developers of context aware services, which enables easy realize innovation of the applications by making use of the set of interfaces, which are novel, which is provided by the operator of the network (Blair, Schmidt and Taconet 2016). The concept of the Linked data Crowd sourced on the other hand enriches the static entity of the location for example POIs or events. This is done for the information by means of dynamic contextual parameters for realizing analytical scenario at various location. The main purpose of the management of context is for enriched utilization of the linked open data cloud and the for context search. The context consumer i9nterface on the other hand provides the developer with the possibility to implement the services on top of the platform. The main objective of the concept is as follows: Reduce the risk and the cost. Improve the level of service. Reduce the burden on the information technology. The key consideration in this concept are: Characteristics of the workload. Requirement of the integration. Compliance and security (Mell and Grance 2016). Operational requirement. Cloud computing environment Cloud computing environment can be stated to be one of the best approach in order to achieve the services related to information technology. In fact taking into consideration any business body it can be stated to be most of the dream approach to get all the possible information technology services at a center location. There are different platforms within the framework of the cloud computing which can be used depending on the need and the requirement. Different environment which can be related with the concept of the cloud computing are discussed as below. Software as a Service (SaaS): The cloud computing application or the Software as a service run on computer which are distinct with the framework of cloud computing. These are operated and owned by other providers, which are used by the users computer with the help of the internet and usually a web browser. Platform as a service (PaaS): Platform as a service is a provider of environment, which is cloud based which is required to support the complete lifecycle of delivering web-based application. This is done within the complexity and the cost, which is related to the managing and the buying the hardware, which are underlying, provision and to enable the concept of hosting. Infrastructure as a service (IaaS): The concept of the Infrastructure as a service provides the company with the resources, which include networking, server, storage and the center of the data on a pay per use basic. This mean how the company pay for what they have actually used. Public cloud: Public cloud are owned and operated by major companies that offer rapid access of information over a network at any instance of time. Which is public to computing resources, which are affordable. Within the framework of the cloud services, users do not need to purchase the software, hardware, the infrastructure, which is, supported which is managed, and the owned by the cloud service providers. Private cloud: The concept of the private cloud is operated solely by a single organization, whether it is managed by a third part or internally, hosted internally or externally. Private cloud can on the other hand take advantage of the efficiency of the cloud while providing the basic resources for the purpose of the control and steering clear of the tenancy, which is multi. Hybrid cloud: the concept of the hybrid cloud uses the forms of the private cloud combination and the public cloud services. The basic reality behind the concept of the private cloud is that it cannot exist in a location, which is isolated within the framework of managing the workload across private cloud, data centers, and the public cloud thereby it creates the basic structure of the hybrid cloud (Peng et al. 2016). Conclusion It can be concluded on a statement that the context of the data cloud can be basic service enabler platform. Its application is based on Linked data and enables stretches the data to a more reliable concept. The different environment that can be used in the cloud platform can be abstracted according to the need of the user or the business body. Varied platform provide different services which can be platform based service based and many more.
